What is this zine about?
Friends Forever is a SFW Genshin Impact zine focusing on the Liyue friend group: Chongyun, Hu Tao, Xiangling, Xingqiu, Xinyan and Yun Jin. We’ll be aiming to have a mix of solo character and group character pieces.Are ships allowed in this zine?
Romantic ships will not be allowed in this zine, as we’ll be focusing on the theme of friendship!Is this zine for-profit or for charity?
This zine is for charity. Ideas for which charity that we’ll be donating to will be gathered during the interest check and decided later on by the contributors.How will contributors be compensated?
Contributors will be compensated at the very least with a digital zine + any digital merch. If we reach a break even, contributors will be compensated physically and, if profits allow, contributors could be compensated with a full bundle of the zine.
Will this zine have art and writing?
This zine has standalone page art and spot art to accompany our poetry / written prose!
How many contributors are we looking for?
We’ll be aiming to have ~24 artists, ~3 spot artists, ~5 writers, ~1-2 poets (if there's enough interest), and ~5 merch artists.I have other questions, how can I contact you?

Contributor Applications
We'll be looking for ~24 page artists, ~3 spot artists, 5 writers, ~1-2 poets (if there's interest from contributors) and ~5 merch artists.To those wanting to apply for multiple roles: You can submit multiple applications but please note you'll only be accepted for one!Scroll below for our Page/Spot Artist, Writer, and Merch Artist apps!!
Page artists will be responsible for drawing art that spans either 1 page or a 2 page-spread (Please note that there will only be a certain number of spreads).Spot artists will be responsible for drawing ~3 small pieces to accompany our writers' work! Each spot artist will be assigned to 2 writers.
*Experience of drawing backgrounds is not necessary for spot artists!
To those who want to draw page art AND spot artif accepted, you will be able to indicate that you would like to do "Both" on the application. You will only need to submit the app once!For those who want to draw either page art or spot art ONLY: please submit the app twice! One indicating "Page artist only" and one indicating "Spot artist only"!
Writers will be responsible for writing a 1.5k to 2.5k word prose.Poets will be responsible for a short piece of poetry.
*Those wanting to write poetry will be able to indicate on the app!
Merch artists will be responsible for drawing merch designs. We expect to have both digital and physical merch.Artists will be expected to draw ~2 designs.

Mod Chloe- Formatting / Layout Mod
Hi!! I’m Chloe (she/her) and I’m the formatting mod for this zine! This will be my 19th (I think) zine! I’m the graphics and formatting for Cloudburst: A Chongyun Zine, and other zines I have worked on/working on include Match Point: a Haikyuu Magazine, 20.07.1994: A Grand King’s Path, and Nook Cookbook. Outside of zines, I’m trying to be a Visual Communication Design major at my college, and I have a job as a designer at a student run newspaper there!I’ve loved Liyue since I entered it, and I’ve been a Chongyun main since the first day I downloaded genshin and he came home.
